Ben has worked extensively with addiction, and he has experience with a wide range of ages and backgrounds. He has received specialized training from the International Institute for Trauma & Addictions Professionals and the Center for Practice Innovation at Columbia Psychiatry. In his practice, Ben works to empower his clients by utilizing techniques that are influenced by CBT, Somatic Experiencing, IFS, and EMDR modalities to help them to encounter the self and overcome trauma.
