Arbor is a comprehensive healing program that combines various effective approaches to address the root cause of issues and promote profound healing. It offers a structured curriculum that incorporates skill-building techniques like CBT and DBT, along with experiential group therapies such as art, yoga, and sand tray therapy. You will benefit from both individual and group sessions, allowing for deep exploration and core healing.

Yes, our program incorporates essential DBT and CBT skills, along with a variety of other therapeutic modalities and approaches. We use skill-based approaches as well as addressing the underlying trauma enabling you to make changes that last.

The program is designed to be a 90-day curriculum, however the minimum commitment to join is 1 month. As well, clients can, if necessary, extend their treatment for longer than the 90-day standard program.

Due to existing clients already being in the program and doing deep processing in a group setting, we cannot allow trying it out for those who are uncommitted, as people temporarily dropping in would make it unfair and hard for those already in the program to heal in a committed group environment. Therefore, the minimum commitment to join is 1 month.
